We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Hospitality Host to join our team at AccorHotel.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service to our guests. As a Hospitality Host, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring that every guest feels valued and respected.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be confident, reliable, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering Exceptional Service: Greet and welcome guests, provide information and assistance, and ensure that their needs are met.
  • Providing Support: Assist colleagues with tasks, answer phone calls, and handle guest inquiries.
  • Maintaining a Clean and Safe Environment: Ensure that the bar area is clean and well-maintained, and that all equipment is functioning properly.

You will also be responsible for maintaining knowledge of menu items, beverages, and promotions to provide recommendations and upsell opportunities to guests.

Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Skills and Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; RSA certificate an advantage.
  • Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
