Salaried Position: AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum

We are seeking an exceptional Guest Experience Host to join our Surfers Paradise team. As a valued member of our Face to Face Lead Generation Team, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service and exceeding sales targets.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career with a value-driven organisation that promotes continual growth and development for its people. In this role, you will:

  • Manage activities and performance of Guest Experience Hosts in the absence of the Guest Experience Host Manager;
  • Schedule onsite resident guests to Owner Updates or regular Club presentations, as appropriate, during their stay at the resort property;
  • Greet and register owners and guests, providing exceptional hospitality and ensuring a seamless check-in experience;
  • Provide information on local attractions, enriching the guest experience and fostering memorable moments;
  • Complete all department-related paperwork, maintaining accurate records and contributing to a productive work environment;
  • Utilize communication equipment, including telephones, facsimiles, and computers, to facilitate efficient communication and task management;
  • Meet guests face-to-face and generate sales appointments for our sales centers located at our amazing resorts and via livestream, driving business growth and revenue;
  • Establish commonality and build rapport with customers, ensuring an exceptional experience is delivered and exceeded expectations are met;
  • Collaborate closely with the resort operations team to provide a high level of service and ensure a seamless transition for owners and guests through the check-in process;
  • Articulate the benefits of traveling within Wyndham Destinations' community, highlighting the unique experiences and opportunities available;
  • Meet targets and KPI's set by the business, demonstrating accountability and commitment to excellence;
  • Be available for weekend and public holiday shifts, showing flexibility and adaptability in meeting the demands of the role.
