Role Overview

We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join our Acute Care division in Melbourne, VIC. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing and running your territory like your own business, with the support of a winning and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales objectives by achieving capital budget targets and profit objectives, competitor knowledge, and service levels.
  • Be a product expert in supporting and maximising the opportunities internally and externally within each establishment.
  • Identify and qualify new opportunities through connecting with key personnel within each organisation or therapeutic area.
  • Problem solve business and product queries, coupling outside of the box thinking with business acumen.

Requirements

  • Dedicated achievers, thriving in a fast-paced environment and will stop at nothing to ensure a project is complete and meets regulations and expectations.
  • Strategic thinkers who enjoy analysing data or trends for the purposes of planning, forecasting, advising, budgeting, reporting, or sales opportunities.
  • Proven capability to effectively achieve sales targets and drive long term business objectives, in public and private sector.
  • Negotiation, presentation and communication skills to effectively build relationships across numerous functions within a hospital.
  • Experience with building and or leveraging financial solutions to drive sales targets and meet customer needs.
