We are seeking a talented Business Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across aged care, disability, and allied health sectors.
- You will build and nurture relationships with prospective clients, referral partners, and community stakeholders.
- Lead outreach efforts, attend expos and industry events, and represent the organization with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop lead generation campaigns and promotional materials.

- You will provide market intelligence and competitor insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Support General Managers with growth reporting, sales tools, and brand advocacy training.
- A proven track record in business development, preferably in community services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking tools.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of aged care, disability, or allied health sectors and their compliance frameworks.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
