About the Role

Firesoft People is seeking a seasoned Agile Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale digital projects within our Financial Services organization.

This is a unique opportunity to drive business value and contribute to the success of our digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts, Consultants, and Change Managers, to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Manage resource allocation, capacity planning, and pipeline management to optimize project delivery.
  • Provide matrix line management, performance evaluation, and mentoring to junior PMs and delivery teams.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with external suppliers and customers to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Prepare and present regular portfolio reporting, including progress, performance, and health metrics.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in end-to-end management of large complex programs within Financial Services, preferably digital banking.
  • Proven track record of delivering change through Agile methodologies and operating models.
  • Budget management experience of > $5 Million.
  • Agile certification, such as SAFe (desirable).
  • Experience delivering change through various 3rd party vendors.
