Agile Project Manager - Digital Transformation

Motion Recruitment is seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to lead our client's digital transformation project. As an Agile Project Manager, you will be responsible for guiding cross-functional teams in delivering projects within an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Facilitate discussions, remove blockers, and drive decision-making processes.
  • Coach and mentor team members and stakeholders on Agile principles and best practices.
  • Manage cross-team dependencies and ensure a shared understanding of solutions.
  • Focus the team on achieving milestones, releases, and program roadmaps.
  • Continuously identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies and collaborating with Product Owners.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply Agile Scrum methodologies and coach Scrum teams.
  • Strong ability to mobilize and build high-performing teams.
  • Consultative mindset with experience in delivering digital programs.
  • Keen attention to detail and proactive in identifying opportunities to improve processes.

This is a 6-month rolling contract with opportunity for extension. The role is based in Sydney and requires 2-3 days in the office hybrid. The day rate is $900-$1000 inclusive of Super per day. Only Australian Permanent Residents or Australian/NZ Citizen applicants or applicants with full working rights will be considered for this role.
