Lead Trainer Position

The role of Lead Trainer involves overseeing a team in delivering and enhancing training programs to meet the needs of students and employers within the ACT region.

This position requires collaboration with other departments to eliminate duplication of content delivery across CIT, while also managing day-to-day operations and contributing to departmental objectives.

Candidates must possess a full Training and Assessment Certificate IV qualification and an Advanced Diploma in Adult Learning & Development. Relevant industry experience is highly desirable for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead the team in developing and implementing new training programs
  • Collaborate with other departments to reduce duplication of content delivery
  • Manage day-to-day activities and contribute to departmental goals

Selection Criteria:
