Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Applications Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions across a diverse set of Microsoft and data-related platforms. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching and possess deep, practical knowledge across Microsoft 365 applications, data analysis tools, automation platforms, and project management tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver training sessions on Microsoft 365 & Productivity Tools, including M365 Beginner & Intermediate, Microsoft Teams Essentials, SharePoint Beginner & Intermediate, Excel Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced & Expert, Excel – Analysis and Dashboards, and Excel VBA.
  • Train users on Project Management, including Microsoft Project Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced.
  • Provide instruction on Data Analysis & Business Intelligence, covering Power BI Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, Power BI DAX, SQL Beginner & Intermediate.
  • Tutor users on Power Platform, including Power Apps Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, Power Automate Beginner & Intermediate.
  • Teach AI & Modern Tools, focusing on ChatGPT Beginner.
