Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Training Lead to support our growing team in Australia.

This role will be central for managing the acquisition implementation of the Logistics Management training function for one of our existing programs.

About the Role

The Training Lead will lead and manage a team of trainers to deliver industry-leading outcomes as part of a complex and rewarding program.

This involves developing and implementing training plans, delivering training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the development and implementation of training plans and materials
  • Deliver training sessions to internal and external stakeholders
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in training delivery

Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Training Lead who has a strong background in Defence Training and Learning management.

  • Proven experience leading Training Functions
  • Expertise as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Satellite Communication (SATCOM)
  • Highly developed Defence Training and Learning management skills
  • Previous experience developing technical publications and training artefacts
