About the Opportunity

Dennis Family Homes is seeking an experienced residential estimator to lead our dedicated Bills of Quantity Estimating team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of master bills of quantities for retail pricing and purchase orders in all housing areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the estimation process for volume housing projects
  • Manage a high-performing team of estimators
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of master bills of quantities
  • Collaborate with the Procurement Manager to drive business results
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in volume housing estimating
  • Knowledge of multiple estimating systems, with DataBuild preferred
  • Strong management and leadership skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and effectively with people at all levels
  • Full unrestricted working rights in Australia
