Retail Support Estimator

The Dennis Family Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Retail Support Estimator to join our team. As a key member of our Retail Services Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our retail documentation processes.
Key Responsibilities- Documentation Review and Implementation: Promptly review and implement requested documentation to facilitate the delivery of Variation Catalogue items and Standard Design Options, adhering to established timelines, quality standards, and client satisfaction.
- Product Removal and Validation: Remove expired and discontinued products from offer, and validate all Contract output descriptions to ensure accuracy and clarity for clients and the wider business.
- Pricing Validation and Maintenance: Validate retail pricing for VPB selections to ensure margin is maintained, and maintain the Sales Force sales catalogue in line with the VPB master file.
- Estimation and Communication: Estimate Variation Price Book selections using recipes in the Databuild estimating system, and communicate all changes to the Variation Price Book, including new products, price changes, and description alterations.
- Collaboration and Documentation: Liaise with the Tech Services Estimating team to establish accurate pricing on new selections, and ensure documentation meets DFC standards, legislation requirements, and service standards.
- Background and Experience: Minimum 5 years of residential construction background and experience, along with 5 years of estimating experience and a keen attention to detail.
- Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, good organisational abilities, and proficiency in Databuild software, Microsoft Excel, and Word.
- Additional Requirements: Ability to read and interpret Architectural plans, and identify anomalies.
