About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Estimator to join our team at JV Recruitment. As a Sales Estimator, you will play a crucial role in providing accurate forecasts for tender submissions and assisting in sales budget development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Report to the Estimating Manager and provide regular updates on sales forecasts and budget development.
  • Analyse market data, historical trends, and competitor activities to predict future sales volumes and ensure bids are competitive and align with company revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations and Sales, to optimise pricing strategies and ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 4 years in a similar role with strong knowledge of residential construction required.
  • Qualification in a relevant Building and Construction course is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Australian Building Standards, Council and Covenant requirements.
  • Proficient in DataBuild and MS Suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong time management abilities are essential.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to work to deadlines.
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
