Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate forecasts for tender submissions and assist in sales budget development.
- Analyse market data, historical trends, and competitor activities to predict future sales volumes.
- Ensure bids are competitive and align with company revenue goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise pricing strategies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years in a similar role with strong knowledge of residential construction required.
- Qualification in a relevant Building and Construction course is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Australian Building Standards, Council and Covenant requirements.
- Proficient in DataBuild and MS Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and strong time management abilities are essential.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work to deadlines.
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
