Sales Growth Director

The Regional Sales Manager is a strategic business leader accountable for spearheading regional teams to surpass revenue targets while maintaining strict adherence to industry standards and ethics.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive growth and success in your sales region by fostering high-performing teams that generate leads vigorously and consistently.
- Execution of a comprehensive sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue quotas.
- Recruit, hire, and train skilled Area Sales Managers (ASMs) and Territory Managers (TMs).
- Maintain strong relationships with customers through product demonstrations and confident closure on all products.
- Lead weekly calls with each ASM and TM, focusing on clear objectives, including a weekly sales calendar and funnel review.
- Conduct extensive travel throughout the designated geographic area to ensure seamless coverage.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years of experience in regional or territory sales management within the aesthetic industry.
- Proven track record of successful sales performance with documented achievements.
- Ability to recruit, train, and lead high-performing teams.
- A detailed history of leadership success with demonstrated achievement in a senior role.
