Other facilities include a 24-hour fitness centre and the iconic outdoor 20-metre infinity pool, ideal for unwinding after a day's work, shopping, or exploring Brisbane.About the RoleReporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, you will be responsible for maximising the hotel's overall revenue across all market segments.
You will be a dynamic and energetic leader, with experience in team performance and development.
You will also ensure our revenue goals are met and aligned with Hyatt's strategic priorities, whilst meeting colleague, client, and owner expectations.Main ResponsibilitiesUndertake weekly sales, prospective, and account management callsDrive revenue and increase market share across all market segmentsAttend sales trips to key market citiesAttend major travel and trade shows and corporate functions to promote the hotelWork with Director of Sales & Marketing and broader events team to support conversionMaintain complete records of all sales agreements, contracts, and quotes for the hotelEnsure all Hyatt standards relating to sales, profitability, and marketing are followedSupport the Events team in the successful planning and execution of eventsHave a strong strategic understanding of market opportunities and future trendsAssist with daily management, development, and leadership of a sales teamTo be successful in this role, ideally you will have:Minimum 2 years experience in a Sales Manager role is essential.
