About Memorial Services
We are seeking an experienced professional to manage sales revenue and quota targets in the memorial industry. You will have strong marketing and networking ability, excellent written and oral communication skills, and fluency in English and Mandarin.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and sales by being an expert on our products and services
- Present product and service options to clients with sensitivity and achieve sales targets and expectations
- Work with families to organise cremation and memorialisation for their loved ones, discussing products and services with care
Your Success Factors
Success in this role will be achieved through extensive networking within the Chinese community and direct contact with potential clients.
