Memorial Consultant Role

We are seeking a skilled Memorial Consultant to provide exceptional service to families in anticipation or at the time of need for memorialization of their loved ones.

You will be the first point of contact for families and the community, delivering outstanding customer experience and sales by being an expert on our sites, products and services.

The role requires working with families in organizing cremation and memorialisation for their loved ones, discussing products and services with sensitivity.

Responsibilities
  1. Sales of cremation and burial sites, products and services while respecting individual family's needs and wishes
  2. Presenting product and service options to clients with sensitivity and to achieve sales targets and expectations

Providing excellent customer service by responding to general enquiries in the park such as memorial look-ups, raising work orders for maintenance of sites and at all levels of contact with external and internal customers, by telephone and face-to-face.
