Articulate the benefits of traveling within our community, meeting targets and KPIs set by the business. This role requires weekend and public holiday shifts.

  • Previous experience in a similar hotel position
  • Genuine passion for customer service and local knowledge
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and positive individual
  • Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards
  • High levels of computer literacy
  • Ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace
