About the Role

This is a maternity leave contract based in Australia.

Job Description

You will establish and maintain injury and rehabilitation frameworks for our members. Your day-to-day activities will include:

  • Partnering with stakeholders to promote best practice rehabilitation management and assist with return-to-work strategies.
  • Providing expertise and guidance on injury and rehabilitation management strategies and processes.
  • Improving results through educating and influencing stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing injury management plans to ensure effective rehabilitation outcomes.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of safety and wellness.
  • Analysing complex data to identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Rehabilitation Counselling, Psychology, Nursing or a related field.
  • Experience in injury management or occupational health.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
