Culture and Engagement Lead Role:

You will design, develop, and deliver a customer-centric engagement strategy and incentive program that links to strong business performance and helps create a dynamic culture centered around the company's values.

Responsibilities:

  • Continually monitor and review the engagement plan for its ongoing relevance and ability to deliver key business outcomes, modifying and adapting as required.
  • Play a key role in employee retention and performance by driving the development and execution of an annual engagement strategy and plan, focusing on contributing to a high-performing individual and team culture, enabling periods of significant change, and supporting successful uptake of key business initiatives.
  • Design and implement engagement programs to promote and celebrate company values and behaviors and fair and reasonable customer outcomes.
  • Identify and assess risks and issues relevant to the engagement function, implementing controls and providing solutions as appropriate.
  • Evaluate customer survey data from Momentum, adding valuable insights and input into processes and decision-making across teams.
  • Align engagement programs to enhance the company's overarching culture, people, and customer strategies and corresponding business unit and market unit initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary or equivalent business qualifications and/or experience.
  • High-level ability to scope, plan, and deliver strategic engagement initiatives improving workforce and organisational effectiveness and performance outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience in building effective business relationships through demonstrated networking and influencing capabilities.
  • Strong end-to-end program and project management skills.
  • High level of commercial acumen with knowledge of aligning employee behavior with business outcomes.
  • Ability to be agile and adaptable, leading teams through ambiguity.
