The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy leadership and a proven track record of managing pharmacy procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant acts, regulations, and guidelines.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Completing all administration, management, and coordination of pharmacy procedures.
  • Ensuring the department is compliant with all relevant acts, regulations, and guidelines.
  • Managing pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and other pharmacy personnel according to policies and guidelines.
  • Quality Assurance activities within the department.
  • Developing and implementing strategic goals for the pharmacy to align with the overall objectives of the healthcare facility.
  • Implementing and promoting clinical pharmacy services, including medication therapy management and patient safety initiatives.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in pharmacy leadership, AHPRA registration, and at least 5 years of Australian or New Zealand hospital clinical pharmacy experience. iPharmacy software experience is highly desirable.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced pharmacy director/supervisor or senior clinical pharmacist interested in advancing into a directorial role.
