Customer Service Representative Role

This role is key to our operations team, serving as the front-facing point of contact with our customers. We're seeking someone who excels at delivering exceptional customer service and goes above and beyond to ensure a smooth experience for our customers.

The successful candidate will have opportunities to develop strong relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-up. Key responsibilities include:

  • Greeting customers and understanding their eBike needs
  • Communicating the benefits and values of our eBikes and riding solutions
  • Responding to customer questions and inquiries in person, over the phone, or via our CRM platform
  • Coordinating customer service experiences – including booking, scheduling, and supporting in-store and mobile service events
  • Maintaining a clean and organized shop environment

What You'll Bring

We're looking for an energetic and enthusiastic individual with:

  • At least 12 months of experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional service
  • Comfortable using computer systems to manage bookings and customer information
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
  • Availability to work Saturdays on a rotating roster
  • Able to lift at least 25kg and use proper lifting techniques
