Job Title:

Inventory Data Coordinator

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory data, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process new cataloguing requests and change requests
  • Provide governance of cataloguing requests, ensuring consistency is maintained across the entire catalogue
  • Define material classification using item type definitions and class assignment templates
  • Participate in regular team meetings and provide reporting on progress and impediments of catalogue requests
Requirements:
  • Superior experience and knowledge of MRO cataloguing standards including ANSI/ISA-95 guidelines
  • Previous experience working in SAP Material Master Data
  • Overall knowledge of Plant Maintenance Master Data and Materials Management principles
  • Advanced skills in MS Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work under pressure managing multi-task scenarios
  • Resilient and enthusiastic within a highly agile working environment
  • Team-oriented, positively contributing to the group
