As a leader in the energy sector, we recognize the importance of equipping our workforce with the skills needed to drive innovation and transformation. Our Training Delivery Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the design and delivery of technical development programs across multiple technical disciplines.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in leading large-scale training programs within the energy or utilities sector. They will combine strategic vision with operational excellence, bringing people along with them while maintaining credibility with regulators and industry partners. The successful applicant will also possess excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including at executive level.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of Program Leads and Technical Trainers
  • Overseeing the design and delivery of technical development programs
  • Collaborating with regulators, industry bodies, and vocational training providers
  • Ensuring all training is compliant, high-quality, and continuously improved
  • Driving cultural uplift by embedding safety, capability, and excellence in every program

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in leading large-scale training programs within the energy or utilities sector
  • Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, RTO governance, and training accreditation
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to coach, inspire, and develop teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including at executive level
