Responsibilities include:

  • Helping clients set clear visions for transformation and define strategic problem statements.
  • Conducting thorough analyses of current systems and operations, synthesizing data, and developing actionable recommendations.
  • Designing customer experiences and organizational efficiencies for sustainable outcomes.
  • Innovating and supporting new revenue streams through trial development and execution.

Your profile should include:

  • Substantial experience in the energy industry from management consultancy or internal roles in energy retail.
  • Proven track record in transformation programs.
  • Broad business transformation skills in areas like business architecture, operating models, customer experience, service design, data analytics, and operational excellence.
  • Able to work collaboratively in teams and support the implementation of change.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including with leadership teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, proactive attitude, and ability to work independently.
  • Passion for energy and knowledge of sector trends, especially within retail energy and utilities.
