**Influencer & PR Coordinator Role Overview**

Culture Kings is seeking a highly motivated and organized Influencer & PR Coordinator to support the Marketing & PR Manager in coordinating influencer marketing campaigns and PR activity. This position involves collaborating with influencers to achieve branding & performance targets, managing campaign logistics, and coordinating PR activity to achieve promotional goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a roster of long-term ANZ influencers with a focus on brand alignment.
  • Set expectations, monitor, track, and provide assistance to influencers to improve their content and output.
  • Curate, negotiate, and manage influencer content to reach set performance targets.
  • Monitor, report, and provide feedback to the Marketing & PR Manager on engagement and conversions.
  • Support the Marketing & PR Manager with day-to-day PR strategy coordination.
  • Initiate activities to further awareness of the portfolio.
  • Develop and maintain media relationships to support PR strategy execution.

Requirements:

  • 1-2+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Organized and excellent time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills for building media relationships.
  • Understanding of evolving social media landscape and trends.
  • Streetwear and fashion industry experience desirable.
  • Brand-led strategy execution experience desirable.
