Role Overview

This is a casual, on-site role (approximately 15 hours per week) based in Manly, QLD. As a marketing specialist, your daily tasks will include strategy development, campaign management, content creation, SEO and social listening across several platforms and catering to various audiences.

  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis
  • Maintain and enhance the organization's online presence
Qualifications and Skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency across social media platforms and trends
  • Proficiency using social media scheduling tools
  • High level of copywriting and grammar, in various voices
  • Experience using WordPress and Elementor for website content management and SEO
  • Experience creating artwork using Adobe Creative Suite or similar
  • Video creation and editing skills
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a dynamic environment
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • A positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • An understanding or experience of boating, sport marketing is an advantage
