Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Manager who is comfortable taking on ideas and implementing processes to drive growth for the company.

This role is responsible for supporting the preparation of bid submissions, marketing collateral, and business development activities. You will work closely with the Executive Team and other internal stakeholders to ensure efficient execution of responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of documentation, marketing collateral, and information for Bids, Tenders, and RFQs
  • Professional bid submissions and coordination of industry events/forums attendance
  • Sourcing information for government vendor panels and administrative support
  • Ensuring confidentiality and optimizing communication flow within the Business Operations team
Required Skills and Qualifications

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar or relevant role
  • Consulting/Advisory industry experience desirable
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to critically think and communicate the company's unique value
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet targets and KPIs
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and databases/online systems (e.g. SharePoint, OneDrive, CRM)
  • Ability to create and use processes and learn concepts quickly
