Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Leader to oversee the growth of our Indigenous Business Banking proposition. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in developing strategic relationships with Indigenous Businesses and Organisations.

About the Role:

  • You will lead, coach and develop a team of Business Bank Managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.
  • You will provide tailored support to Indigenous Businesses, helping them access financial solutions and achieve their goals.
  • You will build strong relationships with Indigenous Business leaders and community organisations, understanding their needs and delivering solutions that meet their requirements.
  • You will identify new business opportunities and manage these relationships remotely and in-person, working collaboratively with the broader team.

What You Will Bring:

  • A demonstrated connection and passion for supporting the Indigenous Community, with a strong understanding of the cultural, commercial, and political landscape.
  • Excellent customer focus, with the ability to understand motivations and deliver solutions that meet the needs of Indigenous businesses.
  • Experience in developing new and existing authentic relationships, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improving customer outcomes.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a high-performing team.
