Business Banking Manager

What's the role?You and a small team of like-minded professionals will work closely together to manage a portfolio of Small to Medium Enterprise (SME) customers. SME continues to grow and change the business landscape across our country, which means you'll have opportunities to build genuine personal connections with customers and support them in navigating the future.
Business Banking Managers are customer-facing sales and service roles. A typical day combines proactive networking and relationship management with writing deals and addressing customers' needs.
Responsibilities- Manage a diverse portfolio of SME clients
- Oversee business lending between $1M to $5M
- Work from South-East Melbourne with flexible work opportunities
- Proven experience in business banking with solid lending knowledge
- Good understanding of credit risk and compliance
- Passion for going above and beyond customers' expectations of good service
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Ability to confidently and proactively target new business opportunities
