We are currently recruiting for a Trainee to work at our Retail Branch in Pacific Werribee.

  • About the Role:
  • A full-time opportunity with 38 hours per week.
  • As a Banking Consultant, your duties will include:
  • • Providing end-to-end banking needs.
  • • Delivering high-end customer service and a seamless branch experience.
  • • Educating customers on digital solutions.
  • • Accomplishing transaction activities.
  • • Working collaboratively within a team to accomplish business targets.
  • • Attending to additional general enquiries.

About You:

  • Role models a strong customer focus.
  • Ability to multi-task, highly adaptable to change and ambiguity.
  • Proactive, shows initiative.
  • Active user and promoter of technology.

As a Trainee you will:

  • Receive an income while gaining valuable experience in the banking industry.
  • Study towards a Certificate III in Business or Financial Services.
  • Be supported by a dedicated team and mentors.
  • Have the opportunity to develop excellent customer service and sales skills.
  • Be trained by experienced branch staff to learn more about our retail banking products and services.
