Contract Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to manage ongoing contracts with a focus on head contract management.

Main Responsibilities
  • Select suitable forms of agreement, negotiate and draft final terms for downstream contracts, considering risk allocation and upstream obligations.
  • Prepare contractual correspondence and provide contractual advice.
  • Assess, certify and process payment claims.
  • Maintain registers for variations, claims, insurances, securities, etc.
About You
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management is desirable but not necessary.
  • 5+ years' experience in the construction industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
