CEVA Logistics is a global leader in supply chain solutions, connecting people and products across the world.

We are seeking a Key Account Coordinator to provide exceptional customer service and support to our Finished Vehicle Field Sales customers in Victoria and other account customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining customer relationships and growing revenue.

  • Support the production and dissemination of contract KPIs and performance reports to key stakeholders.
  • Work closely with our vehicle logistics operations teams to ensure communications are optimised and on-time delivery targets are met.
  • Participate in weekly, monthly and ad-hoc customer meetings, taking/distributing minutes and coordinating action items as required.
  • Complete regular and ad-hoc reporting and analysis of data that supports the development of insights and related decision making.
  • Assist customers with enquiries and vehicle tracking.
Requirements

We are looking for an experienced customer service professional who has excellent administration skills and a strong ability to communicate effectively. Previous experience in an account coordination role is highly desirable.

  • Excellent customer service and administration experience.
  • Good written and verbal communication, customer service/management, and influencing/negotiation skills.
  • Problem-solving capability, commercial acumen, and numeracy skills.
  • Basic-intermediate experience in MS Office applications, and capable of learning new systems, software, and technology.
