Australia Post is seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to support warehouse planning requirements and the overall inbound planning activities across the Retail Supply and Logistics team.

As part of this role, you will work closely with the Procurement and Category teams to manage the flow of product from the vendor to the network. This includes supporting operational management of inventory planning, placing purchase orders in SAP against vendors, and tracking order timing into AP or 3PL warehouses (International and Domestic).

This is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term opportunity that requires an excellent communicator with sound analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. You will have high-level experience with SAP, sound knowledge and understanding of typical retail industry supply chain functions, processes, and systems that support inventory management and fulfilment.

You'll be responsible for managing orders across a suite of product categories (Retail & Consumables), tracking order timing into AP or 3PL warehouses (International and Domestic), assisting with issues where required, and being the point of contact for receiving issues at warehouses.

You will also work with Warehouse and Vendors to resolve order receipt issues, demonstrating your ability to utilise a range of supply chain support systems and apply appropriate tools, processes, and methodologies to support the purchasing and management of inventories.
