Job Description">

As a high-level advisor, the Deputy Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping scholarship policies and procedures. This position requires an individual with exceptional expertise in administration and policy development.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice to students and staff on scholarship matters, ensuring accurate and up-to-date student records, and delivering excellent customer service.

  • Develop and implement scholarship policies and procedures that align with government and university guidelines
  • Provide timely and effective support to students and staff on scholarship-related queries
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless scholarship processes and outcomes

  1. Proven track record of scholarship administration and policy development experience
