Main Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet clients as their first point of contact, providing exceptional patient care and support.
  • Manage phone calls and messages efficiently, adhering to our ATSICHS Triage process.
  • Book appointments using our MMex system, streamlining the scheduling process.
  • Maintain specialist calendars, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
  • Process GP referrals, ensuring all relevant documentation is scanned and filed securely.
  • Maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive patient information.
