Administration Officer – Support Aged Care Services in Your Community Join Metro South Health's Aged Care Assessment Team and play a vital role in supporting older people to access the care they need through high-quality administrative support.

Your new role:
As an Administration Officer with the Aged Care Assessment Team, you will provide essential administrative support that ensures the smooth delivery of services to clients and staff.
This role is integral in supporting patient care through efficient administration and customer service.
Key responsibilities include:

Deliver high-quality administrative support including reception and enquiry management.
Maintain accurate client records, referrals, and data entry across clinical databases.
Support day-to-day operations by managing equipment, supplies, and administrative resources.
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and uphold workplace health and safety standards.

The satellite health centre is also known as Maroo-goodji-ba, a name chosen by the community and local Traditional Owners and Elders means 'peace, wellbeing and place of red earth' in the Yagarabul language.
The satellite health centre treats minor illnesses and injuries that aren't life-threatening and also have a range of specialist services, including kidney dialysis, cancer day therapy and mental, allied health and outpatient services.
