Product Strategy Manager

The Digital Solutions Product Manager is responsible for the commercial success of cloud-based industrial IoT solutions with dealers and customers. This includes all related product management responsibilities, understanding market needs, documenting customer value, strategic roadmap, competitive positioning, and Pricing.

Solutions include ConSite Mine IoT-based asset health solution, ESG, and other solutions on HCM's IoT platform, as well as third-party ecosystem partner solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops end-to-end commercial solution strategy for digital solutions
  • Supports business objectives and meets customer needs
  • Develops strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
  • Advances broader digital mining strategy and ecosystem

Experience, Knowledge, Skills, Required:

5-10 years of product management experience in digitalization solutions. Experience managing software products or SaaS solutions, identifying and working with ecosystem partners, Go-To-Market strategy, and execution. Fluency in English is a must.

Proactive problem solver, maps analysis to business priorities. Exposure to maintenance department processes and practices is a plus.
