Clinical Psychology Services Professional

This position involves delivering a range of clinical and organisational psychology focused services, including Employee Assistance Program (EAP) counselling, onsite attendances and critical incident responses, private/Medicare rebated counselling, compensation scheme work, multidisciplinary interventions, psychological assessment, and other clinical and organisational psychological services as required.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality clinical and organisational psychology focused services to clients
- EAP counselling – provide support to adults, children, adolescents, and couples in a confidential and non-judgmental environment
- Onsite Attendances and Critical Incident Responses – offer emotional support and crisis intervention to individuals at their workplace
- Private / Medicare rebated counselling – work with clients to identify and address mental health issues and develop strategies for improved well-being
- Compensation Scheme Work – support people who have experienced injury or trauma to adjust and cope with their circumstances
- Multidisciplinary Interventions – collaborate with other professionals to develop and implement treatment plans that promote client outcomes
- Psychological Assessment – conduct comprehensive assessments to identify strengths, challenges, and areas for improvement
- Other clinical and organisational psychological services as required
