The ORS Psychology team is expanding and we are seeking a skilled Psychologist to join the team. You will be part of a national team of 200+ professionals working under different service pathways, including the NDIS and private sectors.
You will have the opportunity to develop, extend and deepen your clinical expertise in a supportive team environment and in an organisation that values your growth, passion and skills.
While providing psychological practice you will be using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including CBT, ACT & DBT. Our team also offers a full range of psychological assessments, including mental health, IQ, psychoeducational, school readiness, decision-making capacity, autism and ADHD assessments.
You will have the opportunity to work in our clinic with a multidiscipline team of practitioners or across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools within your community.
We believe in maintaining a healthy work-life balance. We provide resources for staff to work from home, allocate clients close to their home, give ownership of their own calendar, offer suburban office locations with free onsite & local parking, and allow part-time or reduced hours.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology
- Registration or ability to become registered with AHPRA
- Provisional Psychologists accepted
- A car and licence
- A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or able to get one for a client facing role (or willingness to obtain one before commencement)
