About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team at The Johnson, an Art Series Hotel in Brisbane's vibrant Spring Hill. As a key member of our Housekeeping department, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Thoroughly clean and maintain all areas of the guest rooms, including linens, bathrooms, and surfaces, to meet our high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Work collaboratively with the Housekeeping team to achieve our goals and maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Report any maintenance issues or concerns to the relevant authorities to ensure a safe and secure environment for our guests.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by being approachable, friendly, and responsive to guest needs and requests.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role or in a related field is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests from diverse backgrounds.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects, and to navigate between rooms using internal and external staircases and open pathways.
