Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, floors, and corridors, to the highest standards.
  • Restock towels and linen, and ensure they are stored correctly.
  • Report any lost property according to hotel procedures.
  • Maintain and store cleaning equipment correctly.
  • Use cleaning chemicals safely and effectively.
Requirements:
  • You will have a customer-focused attitude and be able to provide excellent service to our guests.
  • You will have a keen eye for detail and previous experience in cleaning, customer service, or hospitality.
  • You will be able to work in a 24-hour, 7-day environment and have full Australian working rights.
