We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team at Mantra on Queen in the heart of Brisbane city centre.

About the Role

  • Clean and maintain our self-contained apartment-style hotel rooms to the highest standards, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve impeccable standards and provide warm and welcoming service to our guests.
  • Report maintenance issues promptly and maintain housekeeping trolleys, keeping them organised and well equipped.
  • Respect guest privacy and security, upholding our commitment to their comfort.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a cleaner or room attendant is highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication skills and a warm and welcoming approach to guests and colleagues.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently, managing time well and taking pride in tasks.
  • Ability to navigate between rooms, which may involve using internal and external staircases and open pathways.
  • Reliable transportation and availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
