Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive testing strategies.

Key responsibilities will include leading a global team of test engineers, creating and executing test plans, and ensuring the validation of safety-critical software components.

  • Manage and motivate a cross-functional team of test engineers.
  • Develop and implement effective testing methodologies.
  • Oversee the design, automation, execution, and defect management of tests.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards for safety-critical systems.
  • Implement test automation tools and metrics dashboards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in software testing, including 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in testing safety-critical systems and embedded systems.
  • Strong background in test management and requirement tools.
  • Extensive knowledge of model-based testing – HIL and SIL testing environments.
