Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Workforce Planning and Administration Specialist to join our team.

  • This role involves managing staff rosters, the rostering/payroll system, and employee leave planner.
  • You will provide administrative and operational support to the Airport Manager.
  • Your responsibilities will include supporting Rex Lounge operations across Terminals 2 & 3, including stock ordering/facilities management.
  • Professionally manage all telephone calls.
  • Establish and maintain systems and processes for all administrative areas of the office/Airport facilities.
  • Handle and store sensitive information appropriately.
  • Prepare and maintain client airline billing records.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Staff Rostering and Management: Manage staff rosters, the rostering/payroll system, and employee leave planner.
  2. Administrative Support: Provide administrative and operational support to the Airport Manager.
  3. Lounge Operations: Support Rex Lounge operations across Terminals 2 & 3, including stock ordering/facilities management.
  4. Telephone Management: Professionally manage all telephone calls.
  5. System Development: Establish and maintain systems and processes for all administrative areas of the office/Airport facilities.
  6. Sensitive Information: Handle and store sensitive information appropriately.
  7. Client Billing: Prepare and maintain client airline billing records.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in rostering and payroll is required.
  • Confidence and skill in handling employee and management enquiries.
  • Well-presented, professional, and enthusiastic about supporting regional aviation.
