Research and Evaluation Leadership Position

The objective of this role is to lead the development of strategic plans for a team, aligning activities with business objectives and strategies.

This leadership position plays a pivotal role in developing the research and evaluation evidence base to inform responses to gambling harm. Key duties will include leading the delivery of an evaluation program that supports assessment of the effectiveness of gambling harm prevention and reduction objectives across the portfolio.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining effective working relationships with key stakeholders, including academics, researchers, community groups, government departments, and regulatory bodies.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the ability to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously, a record of achievement in strategic development and management of research, evaluation, and/or outcomes measurement functions in academic or government contexts, and strong stakeholder management skills.
