We are seeking passionate professionals to deliver exceptional customer care and support services. Our goal is to enrich lives through compassionate care, empowerment, and inclusivity.
As a Customer Care Professional, you will play a vital role in the lives of our customers and their families, providing physical assistance, companionship, and emotional support. You will help customers achieve their goals by making decisions about their daily lives, assisting with daily activities, and attending social events.
The ideal candidate will possess a Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent) and have experience in a similar role. They will celebrate diversity and culture, promote wellness and reablement, and respect freedom of expression and independent decision-making.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing personalized support to customers with daily living tasks, such as food preparation, mealtimes, housework, medication, mobility, dressing, bathing, and other aspects of daily living.
- Supporting customers to stay socially engaged by attending our social centers.
- Transporting customers to-and-from appointments, shops, or trips out with others.
- Providing personal care, respite, or specialized nursing or allied health supports.

Please note that a travel allowance is provided for travel between supports around Perth North.
Our office is located in Joondalup, with two Social Centres in Woodvale and Kingsley. We require Full Australian Driver's Licence, National Police Clearance, NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and certification in Provide First Aid and CPR.
