Referral Partnerships Specialist

- Develop and execute referral strategies to connect customers with our health services, driving sales growth across channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners, healthcare professionals, and business leaders to support our connected care approach.
- Monitor referral targets and performance, ensuring growth and engagement are achieved.
- Design and implement referral initiatives, campaigns, and partner programs, ensuring effective execution and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver customer outcomes and grow referral channels.
Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in relationship management, B2B and/or B2C sales, and commercial development. They will be able to drive growth outcomes with external partners and make successful presentations to various audiences.
Requirements
- Qualifications: Degree qualified or equivalent business experience.
- Experience in healthcare sector, preferably with a focus on health insurance, dental, or optical services.
- Strong computer literacy and intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
- Commercially savvy with a demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and exceed revenue targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
