We are seeking a highly skilled Risk and Compliance Analyst to join our team at Hostplus Pty. As a key member of our risk management team, you will play a vital part in ensuring the effective management of risk and compliance across our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen our risk culture and enhance our control environment
- Develop and implement the annual 2nd line assurance plan, working closely with key teams to identify and mitigate risks
- Independently assess internal controls, providing recommendations to improve processes and support the delivery of risk papers to senior committees
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our risk management practices, working closely with senior leaders to drive positive change
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong foundation in risk and compliance, preferably in the financial services or superannuation industry. You will have a deep understanding of Australian regulatory requirements, such as the Corporations Act and SIS Act, and experience in analyzing and improving internal controls.
You will be a good communicator, able to build relationships and present clear, concise reports. If you are proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to supporting a robust risk environment, we would like to hear from you.
