Financial Reporting Manager Job

  • Manage financial reporting for a diverse portfolio of commercial properties.
  • Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and monthly accruals to ensure timely and accurate financial information.
  • Prepare and present detailed financial reports, including key performance indicators and variance analysis.
  • Maintain and reconcile property balance sheets and fixed asset registers to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Business partnering - Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Support group reporting and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to drive business growth and excellence.

The Ideal Candidate

  • A successful Financial Reporting Manager should have:
  • Commercial Property experience is essential, with a strong understanding of financial accounting principles.
  • Degree qualified in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline, preferably with a CPA/CA qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience in commercial or retail property accounting, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality financial reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, with the capacity to translate financial information into actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders.
  • Experience with property management systems and financial software applications.
